Participant Profile

This business strategy Program is best suited for working professionals keen on furthering their understanding of advanced and contemporary management practices and business strategies working in middle and senior management roles, across functions & entrepreneurs with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals in managerial roles, across functions & entrepreneurs with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Capstone Personal Case Project

The capstone project is designed to serve as the culminating experience, which enables participants to synthesize all concepts learnt in the classroom and apply in real world situations. The participant would be expected to take up a company project / problem and analyze using all frameworks and concepts learnt during the course. This will culminate in a written report and a 10-minute video recording and if possible, a presentation to participants superiors within their organization. The capstone projects could be worked on individually or in small groups with a focus on application at their workplace.

Program Faculty

Professor Dr. Vaidyanathan K. N

He is the Director of Xavier Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai since inception in 2006. He holds a double doctorate, and has worked in industry for 10 years in international marketing in organizations such as Samsung Corporation, Unichem Laboratories Ltd. He has a teaching experience of 33 years in Top Business Schools in Mumbai. He is a visiting Professor of International Business at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai and the Hero Leadership Programme, B.M. Munjal University, Gurugram. He was awarded the Best Teacher in Marketing in 2013 for outstanding contribution to teaching and education. His areas of interest are International Business, Strategic Management and Marketing.

Professor Pranil Naik

Pranil Naik has a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and a MMS Marketing degree from Sydenham, Mumbai. He has over 10 years of industry experience in leading companies and consultancies. He also runs his NGO LeapForWord which contributes to educating children in under-served areas across India. He has been awarded the prestigious Ashoka Fellowship. He has 12+ years of teaching experience. He has consulted non-profit organizations which include leading hospitals in the areas of marketing and strategy. His areas of interest are Product Development, Business Scaling and Disruptive Innovation.

Assessment & Certification

Evaluation

  • Assessments (50% for passing), Assignments (50% for passing) and Capstone Project (50% for passing)

Attendance Criteria

  • Minimum of 80% to qualify for final assessment

Certification

Certificate would be issued by XIMR on successful completion of assessments, assignments and capstone project

Is there any certification granted at the end of the program?

Yes, a course completion certificate from Xavier Institute of Management and Research (XIMR) will be provided on completing all the projects and exams at the end of the course.
Will I get the recording of the sessions?

Can I cancel my seat?

You are entitled for a refund if you cancel the enrollment within 24 hours however this is applicable only if you apply for a refund 2 days prior to the batch commencement.
