Job Description

We are looking for Software Engineers looking to solve interesting technical problems. We are building diffrent applications in diffrent programming languages. You will get the opportunity to be involved in improving user experience, web development and more. We are obsessed making things beautiful and that does not just mean just the front end. We care as much about the comprehensibility of our code, code format.

Candidate will be responsible for supporting technical queries related to our software content and courses. They will support our content in multiple technology verticals related to software development, Big Data, Web and Mobile development.


  • Degree in BSC(I.T), BSC(C.S), BCA, MCA, BE
  • Should be a problem solver.
  • Analytical skills related to technology is must.
  • Be highly self-motivated and be able to quickly learn multiple applications.
  • Professional Communication Skills is a must for the candidate.
  • Responsible for communicating clearly the manifestation of defects to developers in order to resolve them on time.
  • Independently handle projects with minimum supervision.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Work to ensure Software defects and errors are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure that only quality escalations are passed through to Engineering for resolution
  • Proactively manage self-learning to continually extend knowledge breadth and depth, particularly around new technologies or products.
  • Continuously provide new information or knowledge to the support team.
