Job Description

A Good Candidate primarily will ensure the Best Talent is Acquired and Support the Talent Management process. Manage Overall HR activities in the Organisation. Candidates will have to travel Intercity and Interstate. Extensive Travel required for this position

    • Web and Portal Management for Sourcing Candidates and interns. Consultants
  2. Talent Acquisition - Engage with Academic Institutions for a steady sourcing of Trainees and Interns.
  3. Talent Management
    • Employee Induction Support and Coordination.

Secondary Responsibility:

  1. Talent Management - Ensuring the HRD data is Managed and Updated.
  2. Talent Management - Support the Employee Transaction Process.
    • Payroll
    • Time Keeping
    • Leave Management.
  3. Talent Management
    • Performance Management System. Maintain Documentation and Records.
