Job Description

  1. Managing SEM/ SEO/ Social Media Marketing budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities.
  2. Build a data-driven marketing team to run profitable campaigns across all marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Email etc.)
  3. Achieve the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  4. Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs.
  5. Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns.
  6. Analyse Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
  7. In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis.
  8. Creating multiple ad copies and split testing of campaigns across multiple advert groups
  9. Progress report of online marketing Campaigns.
  10. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in key e-commerce companies and have prior e-commerce exposure in Online marketing vehicles.
  11. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with pre-sales and sales activities.
  12. Help the team achieve targets by introducing training, skill building and incentives into the process.
  13. Conduct multiple new experiments with a dedicated budget and monitor the outcomes.
  14. Experiment with multiple new channels beyond the traditional SEO, content, social media and PPC.
  15. Coordinate with the product team to understand market and competitor analysis and form strategies around them.
  16. Make use of the internal data to understand customer behaviour while creating new campaigns.
  17. Work with Marketing Head on planning for hiring, budgeting & implementing new processes.
  18. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Key skill

  1. 3+ years hands-on experience in scaling digital marketing teams, across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content etc.,).
  2. Proven record of building and scaling profitable marketing teams
  3. Ability to devise strategies across all channels
  4. Experience in analysing data across multiple platforms and providing insights for improving scale/efficiency.
  5. Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.
  6. Connections with influencers in the domain is a plus.
  7. Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.
  8. Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier A institutions.
